Individuals fulfilling the Support Analyst role provide first level end user application and hardware support, work with third party IT on escalated issues, support infrastructure and application projects, and identify &
implement opportunities for automation within Operations, Data Services, and IS environments. They must work well with internal and external customers within a team environment.

Salary: $45,000 – $60,000
