Happy Friday! With the holidays right around the corner, we wanted to share another edition of the Employee Spotlight Series! Today, we are shining a light on Patrick VanderBerg! Patrick is an Audit Manager and has been a part of the SpendMend team for over seven years! When asked how he would describe SpendMend in three words, Patrick stated, “Data-driven, Fast-paced, Helpful.” Patrick excels in leadership and looks forward every day to new challenges and collaborating with his team! It was great getting to know more about Patrick! During his workday, Patrick likes to listen to podcasts and audiobooks! His favorite podcasts to listen to are, “2nd Date Updates” and “War of the Roses.” Patrick is currently working through “The Witcher” series through audiobooks. We can’t wait to check those out for our own workday listening!  A fun fact about Patrick is that he was voted Homecoming King in high school! Some hobbies that Patrick enjoys in his free time are hiking, gaming, camping, and boating! We look forward to asking Patrick about his favorite hiking adventure at a later date!

Patrick does a wonderful job at SpendMend, and we appreciate his leadership skills. Tyler Pierson, auditor, said “Patrick is a wizard. He’s the smartest guy I know, he taught me (almost) everything I know here. If you’ve ever had the chance to work with Patrick, you know he really knows his stuff and is a great guy.” It was great getting to know a little more about Patrick, and we are grateful for all the hard work he does! Thank you, Patrick!
