Employee Spotlight Series: Laura Nagy

Happy Friday! For this edition of the Employee Spotlight Series, we are featuring Laura Nagy. Laura is an Audit Manager and has been a dedicated team member at SpendMend for almost 21 years! Laura has spent most of her professional career journey with SpendMend, and looks forward to working with great people and reaching company goals in the future. While it was inspiring to hear Laura’s drive and enthusiasm for her work, it was great to learn more about her life outside of SpendMend! A fun fact about Laura is that one of her hobbies is ballroom dancing! She has always loved dancing since she was a kid. However, her interest in taking lessons stemmed from the TV shows like Dancing With the Stars (If only we could all dance like Derek Hough!). She learned various styles of dance – from the Cha Cha to the Tango. Despite the Waltz being the most challenging for her to learn, it has become one of her favorites! Another fun hobby Laura enjoys is watching movies and TV shows. She currently is watching the TV show series, The Chosen, and recommends it to all! If you are looking to add to your “watch list,” Laura is the one to ask! The rest of Laura’s free time is spent with her 10-year old daughter, Cadence. They love to learn about how to make things with DIY activities. Make sure to read the interview below to learn more about their most recent project. Laura and Cadence are quite the creative duo!
Laura does a wonderful job as an Audit Manager and her work doesn’t go unnoticed. We asked  Jeremy Malin, VP of Operations, about Laura and he said, “When I think of Laura, I think of an associate that hits all the “high notes” of an ideal SpendMender. She’s committed to hitting goals, driven to exceed expectations and always positions the team first mentality.  Now, you combine that with the multitude of experience stretching throughout all operational roles within the Profit Recovery Service line, you gain tremendous value for her clients experience on a daily basis.” We are so grateful to have Laura a part of the SpendMend Team. Thank you for always striving for success, Laura!

Interview with Laura:

What is your role at SpendMend?
Audit Manager
How long have you been with SpendMend?
20 years, 21 years in August 2021
How did you first learn about SpendMend?
I was hired in when we were Business Strategy, and I learned about that company though a close friend.
What 3 words would you use to describe SpendMend?
Flexible, Rewarding, Challenging
Why do you look forward to coming to work?
I like the people I work with, and the chance to contribute to our company goals and/or successes.
Before working at SpendMend, what was the most unusual or interesting job you’ve ever had?
My jobs were pretty normal, i.e. waitress, and worked in the AP department at a book store and Ferris State University.  Most of my career life has been with SpendMend.
What is one fun fact about you?
I love to dance! I took lessons in ballroom dancing for months and was going to start competing in competitions. I had to press pause on that hobby though because I found out soon after that I would be having a daughter
What sparked your interest in taking dance lessons? Do you have a style of ballroom dance that you find more challenging? A style you most enjoy?
I’ve always enjoyed dancing as a whole since I was a kid.  I often asked my mom if I came dancing out of the womb.  However, I didn’t start getting interested into the Latin/Ballroom dancing until I started watching some of the shows on TV, i.e. Dancing With The Stars, etc. When I started taking lessons, my interest was mainly on the Latin dances.  I had always wanted to learn how to Salsa, Cha Cha and Samba.  However, once I got into all of the different types of Latin and Ballroom styles, I actually fell in love with the Tango and the Waltz.  The most challenging style of ballroom dance for me was the Waltz.  Your feet have to constantly move in squares and effortlessly, as if you’re not even thinking about it!
What type of music or podcasts do you listen to during the workday?
I don’t listen to anything during work because it makes it harder for me to concentrate.  But I love all kinds of music.
Do you have any hobbies or participate in any activities outside of work?
Currently, I do not.  I’m a single parent so taking care of my daughter, which takes up most of my free time.  However I do like to go to the beach and watch movies.
Any fun facts or stories you would like to share about your daughter?
Cadence is 10 years old, and keeps me busy with a lot of DIY projects.  She is always watching videos so she can learn how to make things.  Most recently, she was on a mission to make her own spice.  She found some tomato leaves outside, dried them and put them in a bottle with some other ingredients to create her on concoction.  Not sure if it will make it to market but she loves to try!
What types of movies do you like? Have you seen a good movie recently?
I love all types of movies and/or TV shows.  I saw A Quiet Place 2, and thought it was really good.  It’s almost as good as the first movie.  However, a TV show that has been monopolizing a lot of my time lately is The Chosen.  It is such a great series, and I would encourage everyone to watch it.  The actors are great!
Can you describe an interaction when you helped a client or a supplier that stands out in your mind?
When I was an auditor and worked with suppliers on a regular basis, there were several times that the contacts thanked me for assisting with getting the accounts reconciled.  Some of the suppliers were ready to put a client on account hold, but by working together with the client, we were able to avoid that type of situation. Recently due to our audit, we had a call with a difficult vendor and the client together and were able to work out some root causes between the client and that vendor.
What was the best compliment you’ve ever been paid by a client or supplier?
After a handful of QBRs that I have presented, the clients have said “Nice Job”, “Thank you for all of your effort”, “This information is very helpful”.  At the end of the day, we want to make a difference with our clients, and stand out as a value-add partner with them.
What is the best part of serving the healthcare market?
I like the different ways we can help the industry with regards to highlighting gaps in processes and being able to recommend actions to stop financial leakage.
What is your favorite Recovery Room Activity (remote)?
I love to have dinner with friends and watch movies with my daughter, Cadence.
What has been your experience with SpendMend community service events?
I have donated to various charities that SpendMend has sponsored and helped organize fundraising ideas for our pod for certain company events. For one of the My pod hosted a breakfast.  They really came together to put on a nice spread, and we made enough for a decent contribution!

What is your favorite in house event? (specific potluck, chili cook-off, bring your kid to work day, etc.)
I really enjoyed the time we got to go to the Griffins game together.
What is your favorite part about the SpendMend Griffins game event?
I loved hanging out with the SpendMend Team and it was something different.  As a company, we had never gone to a Griffins game before, and I’ve been here for almost 21 years.  Plus since it was downtown, we got to continue to hang out as a group afterwards. It’s nice seeing co-workers outside of the work environment and getting to know them on a personal level.
Do you want to shout out a co-worker who has helped or inspired you at SpendMend?
Yes, I would like to give a shout out to Josh Kiel.  He has always believed in my abilities when I was a supervisor, and encouraged me to become a manager, which has been very fulfilling for me.
What advice do you have for prospective candidates who want to join the SpendMend team?
I would say that being able to adapt to ever-changing processes is a good trait to have.
What has been your proudest accomplishment at SpendMend?
It’s hard to just pick one.  To date my proudest accomplishment is living up to expectations that upper management has for me as a manager and being able to contribute to the company goals.  I have a strong pod, and we often lead in revenue across the company.
What is something you’re looking forward to for your future at SpendMend?
I look forward to continuing to work with a great group of people and continuing to do my part to hit our goals.  Yes, I am goal oriented and/or driven as you can probably tell from some of my previous answers.

Employee Spotlight Series: David Theobald

Hello everyone! Let’s celebrate this wonderful Friday with another edition of the Employee Spotlight Series! This week, we would like to introduce you to David Theobald! David is a 340B Analyst and joined the SpendMend team about seven months ago. It was great getting to know David better, and hear about his hobbies and passions! He spends his time away from work by climbing in the gym, outdoor top rope climbing, and occasionally bouldering. His interest in climbing sparked from a fellow friend/co-worker at SpendMend who showed him the ropes (literally!). If anyone is interested in facing their fear of heights, David is your guy! David also has a hobby a little closer to the ground. Golfing has been a large part of his life for about 10 years! He goes to the driving range a couple times a week to fine tune his skills. Another fun fact about David is that he is a big fan of metal and EDM music. During work, he likes to listen to something high tempo and energetic to keep up with his upbeat work ethic! A few of his favorite metal artists and bands are: Between the Buried and Me, Every Time I Die, Protest the Hero, and Spiritbox. For EDM: Nero, Porter Robinson, and Bassnectar. If you need to add some new songs to your playlist, be sure to check these artists and bands out!

David does a great job at SpendMend and always gives his 100% to the team. We had several of David’s co-workers sing their high praise of him and his influence on the team. Chelsea Violette, Director of Optimization for SpendMend Pharmacy, said “We are so happy to have Dave bring his hospital pharmacy buyer and analyst experience to our team. In his short time with us so far, he has already helped streamline our inventory and purchasing validation processes. We look forward to other efficiencies his insight will bring to the team as he grows through his role.” We appreciate all of  your hard work and dedication to the team, David! Thank you!

Interview with David:

What is your role at SpendMend?
340B Analyst

How long have you been with SpendMend?
Just about 7 months (started beginning of December 2020)

How did you first learn about SpendMend?
A manager I worked with at my previous job, who now works for SpendMend, told me about the company and let me know when there was an open position.

What 3 words would you use to describe SpendMend?
Exemplary, Esteemed, Supportive

What advice do you have for prospective candidates that want to join the SpendMend team?
This isn’t necessarily SpendMend specific, but don’t be afraid to be yourself and show some personality in interviews. Especially when interviewing with potential coworkers you’d be interacting with daily, they likely care just as much about how well they would get along with you as they care about your work history.

Why do you look forward to coming to work?
Well I am fortunate in that I get to work remotely, but I like that I get to work and interact with coworkers and clients from all across the country.

Before working at SpendMend, what was the most unusual or interesting job you’ve ever had?
My first job was on the maintenance crew for a golf course. Basically it entailed landscaping, mowing, working on the sprinkler system and drainage on the course. This one isn’t really a job, but I’ll include it: I’ve been in the trial for Moderna’s COVID-19 vaccine since August 2020.

What is one fun fact about you?
I have a rod and four pins in my right leg from when I broke my tibia and fibula playing football in high school.

What type of music or podcasts do you listen to during the workday?
I usually listen to something high tempo and/or energetic like metal or EDM.

Do you have any hobbies or participate in any activities outside of work?
Occasionally climbing. Usually do trivia one evening a week. Recently, I have been going to the driving range a couple times a week to hopefully become not bad at golf.

What is the best part of serving the healthcare market?
Helping hospitals and clinics save costs on drugs and sticking it to big pharma!

Employee Spotlight Series: Nash Shook

Hello and Happy Friday everyone! We hope you’ve all had a great week! With Summer in full swing and the Fourth of July right around the corner, we figured it was time for another edition of the Employee Spotlight Series. This time around, we wanted to feature Nash Shook AKA “Grandpa Nash” for the spotlight series! If you don’t already know Nash, be sure to introduce yourself during the company outing as he is a great guy! Nash has been apart of the SpendMend team for 2 and a half years now and works as VP, Strategic Accounts & Client Value. Nash has definitely lived an interesting life and is full of stories, so it was a great time getting to hear more about Nash and his past. When Nash isn’t working with current SpendMend clients, he enjoys running, boating, hiking and playing cards. Nash is actually a very avid runner and has even completed 10 marathons! Be sure to read Nash’s interview to hear how his wife was a big reason why he started running marathons. Some of Nash’s favorite hiking spots include western NC along the Appalachian Trail, any of the Utah parks and Park City, UT. When Nash isn’t hiking or running marathons, you can probably catch him enjoying a nice evening on his boat or playing some cards with friends and family. He also is the self-proclaimed “ping pong king” at SpendMend, but many would disagree. Grandpa Nash certainly has a lot of hobbies and is good at a number of things, so it comes as no surprise that he is also great in his role. We asked  Rob Heminger about Nash and he said “As a key driver of value to our clients, Nash brings a variety of power-packed insight.  Harnessing decades of experience within a variety of Supply Chain leadership roles, Nash has a unique skillset that illuminates and articulates the dark data imbedded in our client’s cost cycle.  In doing so, our clients are able to shrink financial leakage and gain visibility towards sustainable saving opportunities within their spend.  His constant focus on bridging client priorities with the internal action plan is the backbone to the SpendMend process.” Nash, we hope you know that your hard work and commitment does not go unnoticed! Thanks for everything that you do, Nash!

Interview With Nash:

What is your role at SpendMend?
Managing Strategic Accounts
How long have you been with SpendMend?
2.5 years
How did you first learn about SpendMend?
Working at Premier, we had an agreement with BSI that we promoted.
What 3 words would you use to describe SpendMend?
Thorough, Advisory, Diligent
Why do you look forward to coming to work?
It’s like solving a puzzle and finding the next piece!
Before working at SpendMend, what was the most unusual or interesting job you’ve ever had?
In high school, I worked at a rolling skating rink and through college, was a ski instructor in the winter, and worked at a golf club in the off-season.
How did you get the job as a ski instructor?
Skiing was a popular winter sport where I grew up and we had several resorts in the area.  I grew up skiing as a child and many of my close friends competed in ski races which I was all about in high school and college.  My senior year in high school, it snowed so much over the Christmas break we were out of school the whole month of January and didn’t go back to school until early February, and I actually skied every day too!  In college, I took skiing as an elective and the instructor was a poor communicator, he was a bit self-centered and not committed to his job.  I was so steamed he didn’t teach me anything, I attended the instructor try-outs the following season and got hired by Beech Mountain.  I worked there seven seasons and loved it.  During that time, I also became a Certified Instructor through PSIA which takes two years to complete so for a while, I thought that would be my career path.
What is one fun fact about you?
I’ve completed 10 marathons.
How long have you been doing marathons and what got you started?
In high school, I was on the track team but only ran sprint distances (800, 1 and 2 mile relay teams).  When I got married, my wife had already ran 3 marathons so naturally, I got conned into training for higher distance races.  Frankly, I was all about running 5K races.  Those are races that allow you to sit down within 30 minutes of finishing to a deserving breakfast at Bob Evans or Cracker Barrell!  As the distance envelope kept getting pushed, training commanded earlier hours and different nutrition so that much desired breakfast reward was left to be desired.  My wife had a goal of qualifying for the Boston Marathon (considered the preeminent marathon), so for about 10 years we focused exclusively on running and training for marathons.  I don’t run as much now but have completed 10 different marathons, my last one being the St. George Marathon (UT) in 2018.
What type of music or podcasts do you listen to during the workday?
Mostly Country (Brooks & Dunn, Kenny Chesney, Tim McGraw)
Do you have any hobbies or participate in any activities outside of work?
Running, playing cards, boating and hiking.
Do you own a boat? If so, what kind?
Yes, we live on Lake Conway in Belle Isle, FL.  It’s a chain of four fresh-water lakes near the Orlando Int’l Airport.  I have a 26 ft Bennington pontoon boat that I rescued from a friend who let it deteriorate out in the elements, uncovered for four years.  I ended up stripping it completely down to the C-Channel frames atop the pontoons and rebuilding every part that goes back on (deck boards, vinyl surface, painting, railings, wiring, lights, cables, seating, console, etc), plus I even gave it a new engine.  It took me over a year to complete but I love that old boat.  It’s properly called the WestWing.
Can you describe an interaction when you helped a client or a supplier that stands out in your mind?
I worked with a client to show them how beneficial it would be for them to examine more current transactions, prior to launching their new ERP system. They had historically worked with us keeping us two years back. What we are showing them now is more than what we projected (in recovery $) but giving them better insights to where problem areas occur.
What was the best compliment you’ve ever been paid by a client or supplier?
It’s happened a couple of times and along the same theme but it was when we moved the QBRs to the ‘canvas’ approach and enabling the QBR to be more of story/journey of their engagement with us. Several clients have thanked us for gravitating toward a more strategic deliverable in the QBRs.
Would you like to give a shout out to a client or supplier?
To a Client > a large health system in North Carolina (you know who you are) did a fair amount of questioning to us when considering their next recovery audit; the kind of questioning that indicates they want to see the full measure of benefits that a mending 90-day audit provides. This questioning is for their forthcoming RFP so we still need to win that bid. It’s the fact that they have a comfort level with us and that they extend a level of trust in our advisement back to them, that I consider this a real compliment to what our company means and represents to this large health system.
What is the best part of serving the healthcare market?
Working alongside people that willfully want to help someone else, makes working in healthcare so rewarding.
What is your favorite Recovery Room Activity?
Ping Pong!
Do you want to shout out a co-worker who has helped or inspired you at SpendMend?
(there are several I would love to recognize but I’ll go with one right now) Nereida Menizi – she thinks like the customer and does exceptional work!
What advice do you have for perspective candidates who want to join the SpendMend team?
Our world is about exploring and conducting detective work; don’t be shy about asking questions!
What has been your proudest accomplishment at SpendMend?
Getting a client to sign a three-year agreement and within 6 months, having them sign a 90-day mending.

Employee Spotlight: John Baker

Hello and happy Friday! For this installment of the Employee Spotlight Series, we wanted to feature our newest team member, John Baker! John just joined the SpendMend team a week ago and is our new Director of Shared Services, but to some, he is a familiar face. John actually started at Business Strategy, Inc (SpendMend’s former name) in 1995, so he already knows a lot of the current SpendMend employees from back in the day! John says he is looking forward to getting to know his new co-workers and so far, the jobs been great! During his free time, John enjoys spending time with his family, coaching his kids in the variety of sports they play, getting some exercise and golfing! Some of Johns favorite courses to golf at include Bay Harbor and Arcadia, but he also frequents the Saskaton course as well. We learned from Steve Meyer’s Employee Spotlight (read here) post that a handful of SpendMend associates also golf at Saskatoon, so if any of you guys see John at the course, be sure to say hi! During the pandemic, it seemed like many people were trying out new hobbies to occupy their time. This was also true for John, as he had the sudden desire to start painting! Judging from some of his work, you would never suspect that he had only started a year ago. John is very specific to what he paints however, so be sure to read the interview to learn about where his inspiration lies and what his style of painting is. We reached out to  Jeremy Malin, VP of Operations, and he expressed his thoughts on John joining the team, saying “We are excited to have John join the SpendMend team and look forward to putting his leadership, knowledge and skills to work for our company and client base.” We’re lucky to have John on the team and hope that this helps everyone get to know him a little better. We have no doubt that he will do a great job! Thanks for everything, John!

Interview with John:

What is your role at SpendMend?
Director of Shared Services
How long have you been with SpendMend?
1 week
How did you first learn about SpendMend?
I joined BSI in 1995. After my part of BSI was acquired, I stayed in contact with my friends at SpendMend. I also followed SpendMend on social media!
What 3 words would you use to describe SpendMend?
Welcoming, progressive and team oriented (I’m counting team oriented as one word).
Why do you look forward to coming to work?
I’ve only been here for a week, but there is a sense that we are all working towards one goal.
Before working at SpendMend, what was the most unusual or interesting job you’ve ever had?
Honestly, it would have been BSI. I started when I was 22. I had no idea what an audit was or what I was getting into. The travel, being at client’s offices and learning as I went was an invaluable experience.
What is one fun fact about you?
During the pandemic, I randomly started painting dog portraits for friends. This is fun because I do not paint nor own a dog.
What type of music or podcasts do you listen to during the workday?
I enjoy 90’s rock and true crime podcasts.
What are some of your favorite bands?
For music, I enjoy the smashing pumpkins, foo fighters and Pearl Jam.
Do you have any hobbies or participate in any activities outside of work?
Other than painting dogs, I like to help coach my kids sports and I enjoy golf (which I am not good at) and exercise.
What was the best compliment you’ve ever been paid by a client or supplier?
At my last job, I interacted with clients a lot. One of my contacts from our largest client asked if she could come work for me.
What is the best part of serving the healthcare market?
It looks like there are so many opportunities to help our clients learn and grow.
What has been your experience with SpendMend community service events?
I truly believe in community service and giving back. I am looking forward to the next event.
What is your favorite in house event? (specific potluck, chili cook-off, bring your kid to work day, etc.)
I have not had the pleasure of any of these, but I am looking forward to “bring your kid to work day”. Can we leave them there too (asking for a friend)?
Do you want to shout out a co-worker who has helped or inspired you at SpendMend?
I want to give the whole team a shout out. I am excited for the opportunity.
What advice do you have for prospective candidates who want to join the SpendMend team?
My philosophy is, work hard and do the right thing.
What has been your proudest accomplishment at SpendMend?
So far…getting hired.
What is something you’re looking forward to for your future at SpendMend?
I am looking forward to getting to know my coworkers.

Employee Spotlight Series: Jasmine Muniz-Cadorette

Happy Friday! We hope you are ready and geared up for Memorial Day weekend! To kick off the long holiday weekend, we wanted to first tell you a little bit about Jasmine Muniz-Cadorette! Jasmine is a 340B Consultant and joined the SpendMend team after the acquisition of Turnkey Pharmacy Solutions last summer. We had several people nominate Jasmine for the employee spotlight series and thought it would be a great idea to give everyone a little glimpse at what makes her so great! Jasmine attended the College of New Jersey before graduating and starting her career. She went to college out east, but now resides in the Mile-High city. Something interesting about Jasmine is that she is a Ballroom Dancer! Jasmine started Ballroom dancing last year and really found that she enjoys it. If you have any questions about learning the Waltz or how to Tango, I’m sure Jasmine is the one to ask! Some other activities Jasmine really enjoys is playing tennis and reading books! Jasmine plays in two different tennis leagues located in Colorado and tries to read one book every week. Sometime in the near future, Jasmine would love to travel to Scotland and see the culture, architecture and beautiful scenery! Jasmine does a wonderful job for us as our 340B Consultant, and we had several co-workers tell us how great it is having Jasmine on the team. One quote really stood out to us and we thought it did a great job describing the type of person Jasmine really is. Chelsea Reeve, Director of Operations and former employee spotlight star, said “Jasmine is constantly surprising me with how amazing she is!  She is all about self progression and she pushes herself daily to become a better person in every aspect of her life.  I am always in awe of what she fits into her week with work and in her personal life!  She is active, fun, kind, extremely helpful, hard-working, generous, thoughtful, outgoing, adventurous, family-focused, a wonderful friend and simply AMAZING!  We are so blessed to have her on our team!  She always goes above and beyond in everything asked of her!  We are always impressed with what she brings to our team!”. Thanks for the quote, Chelsea! We couldn’t have said it any better ourselves. Having people like Jasmine on our team is what makes SpendMend great! Thank you for all your hard work, Jasmine! We appreciate everything you do!

Interview with Jasmine:

What is your role at SpendMend?
340B Consultant
How long have you been with SpendMend?
Turnkey since June 2019
How did you first learn about SpendMend?
Turnkey acquisition! 😊 Learned about Turnkey through their stellar reputation in the 340B industry.
What 3 words would you use to describe SpendMend?
Family, Integrity, Experts
Why do you look forward to coming to work?
My colleagues are amazing- I learn something new every day and everyone is so willing to lend a helping hand. I also love our clients, it’s very rewarding to help them work through challenges and to see their confidence in their 340B Programs grow from year to year.
Before working at SpendMend, what was the most unusual or interesting job you’ve ever had?
Worked at Trader Joe’s while attending university!
What type of music or podcasts do you listen to during the workday?
My brain is terrible at multi-tasking, so no music or podcasts during work hours for me. After hours, though, I like to listen to a bit of everything! My favorite artists are Loreena McKennitt, CAAMP, Kaleo, and ABBA. But I regularly listen to country, classical, opera, disco, dance and everything in between!
Do you have any hobbies or participate in any activities outside of work?
Yes, I play tennis on two leagues in Colorado, I ballroom dance, and I read almost a book a week!
Can you describe an interaction when you helped a client or a supplier that stands out in your mind?
I love working with clients who are new to 340B. I’ve worked with several clients over the past two years who have grown tremendously in their understanding of 340B, and who have drastically improved the compliance of their 340B Programs. Helping clients build a 340B Program from the bottom up is such a fun challenge!
What was the best compliment you’ve ever been paid by a client or supplier?
Several clients have sent emails to Chelsea, our Director of Operations, with the kindest messages. It always warms my heart when those messages are shared. Of course, one of the greatest compliments is when our clients recommend us to other covered entities.
Would you like to give a shout out to a client or supplier?
It would be impossible to pick one client. I’d like to dedicate my shout out to all of my clients- you are all fabulous! Thank you for continuing to work with us and for inspiring us every day with the work you do.
What is the best part of serving the healthcare market?
Two things stand out. The first is that it is incredibly rewarding to know that the work you do has a significant impact on the quality of someone’s life. Healthcare is a very sensitive and stressful subject for many. Being able to dedicate my time to making healthcare more accessible, even if by the smallest amount, is truly inspiring and fulfilling.
What is your favorite in house event? (specific potluck, chili cook-off, bring your kid to work day, etc.)
I do love a good potluck!
Do you want to shout out a co-worker who has helped or inspired you at SpendMend?
It’s impossible to shout out only one co-worker. I’d like to shout out all of my coworkers for not only inspiring me, but for being so willing to lend a helping hand and for motivating me every day. We have such a wonderful team that’s more like a family, which makes getting up to work every day very easy!
What advice do you have for prospective candidates who want to join the SpendMend team?
I would say that our team fosters an environment that allows for creativity and constant improvements, which is loads of fun. It allows for us to break up the auditing work with creative projects that can help propel the whole team forward.
What has been your proudest accomplishment at SpendMend?
I’m proud to have the privilege of being part of such a high performing team. All of my colleagues keep me on my toes, and we are always bouncing ideas off of each other. Something that I’ve worked on that I am proud of is the automation of our report writing process, which, despite still being an evolving project, is something that has helped me save significant hours.
What is something you’re looking forward to for your future at SpendMend?
I’m excited for the future with SpendMend. Our team is working diligently to find the best services to bring to the table for our clients, and I am looking forward to seeing how these expanded services can benefit current and future clients.
