Our Culture
At SpendMend we value our employees and the close-knit culture we have created here, which serves our clients and community. When we are not analyzing Financial Leakage, we can be found supporting American Red Cross Blood Drives, 5k’s that fight cancer, and donating to local food pantries. The service genes run deep in our team.
To support our team, monthly potlucks, surprise catered meals from management, summer baseball games, and chili cook-offs, are just a few of the ways we make 8-5 seem less like a job and more like a supportive, collaborative, problem-solving team.
